Verano Palate was amazing! We are from Missouri, we’re coming into Estes for our micro wedding and really put our faith in them. Due to weather, we had to completely change locations and Verano went out of their way to make our day super special. The menu was amazing!! We told them what we liked and they put together the best menu. The tacos were so good!!! I would recommend Verano palate to anyone looking for delicious and personable service at their next event. We even gave them hugs as they left for the night. Thank you again soo much guys!!

Chef Sandra catered the 50 person reception for my sister-in-law’s wedding at the Aspen Hollow Bed and Breakfast in Granby, and we couldn’t have been happier with the dinner. From start to finish, her communication was above and beyond with both myself and the venue. The guests raved about every single course and entrée selection. I really can’t overstate how good the food was, especially the bride-requested banana pudding dessert. She brought an entire team of friendly staff who were incredibly attentive even when we had to deal with an unwelcome rain shower.
I would highly recommend Chef Sandra for any event and would absolutely use her services again!
